About Me
I am a registered and chartered Clinical Psychologist, with 13 years experience working within the NHS and private sectors. I work with children, adolescents and adults supporting them in overcoming mental health difficulties and emotional distress. I pride myself on my professional and compassionate approach to psychological therapy.
I draw upon a number of theories to inform my practice, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. I am an adaptable and resilient therapist, passionate about a person-centred and collaborative approach to helping individuals overcome their difficulties.
I work from my clinic in central Chelmsford, Essex and am also able to provide home visits as well as telephone and online sessions.
