  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Health anxiety

  • Anger

  • Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD)

  • Sleep Problems

  • Relationship problems

The initial session is used to gather background information and to understand your presenting problems and how they have come about. We would think about what changes are needed and how these may be achieved with the help of psychological therapy.  A treatment plan would be decided based on the specific problems identified, your treatment goals and the evidence-based treatment guidelines.

If we decide that psychological therapy may be helpful for you, I am able to offer therapy sessions usually on a weekly basis. These sessions last for 50 minutes. These sessions focus on the particular difficulties identified during the assessment and aim to enable you to work towards your goals, to create positive change and to reduce distress.

I work from my clinic in central Chelmsford, Essex and am also able to offer home visits as well as telephone and online sessions.

It is up to you how many sessions you attend and you are free to end treatment whenever you wish.

Please do contact me to discuss your needs further.
