I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Psychological Society. I have over 14 years experience working within the NHS and private sector in adult and children's mental health services. I offer specialist psychological assessment and therapy to children, adolescents and adults, as well as to families.

As a Clinical Psychologist I am highly trained in psychological assessment, case formulation and psychological intervention. I draw on my professional experience, evidence-based best practice guidelines and a number of therapeutic models and techniques to deliver a person-centred approach to each of my clients.

Therapeutic models that I commonly draw upon include; Cognitive-Behaviour therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, Psychodynamic theory, Systemic theory, Solution-Focussed therapy and Compassion-Focussed therapy.

I offer individual therapy to children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental health difficulties, overcoming life events or wishing to explore and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.

Seeking support for your child can be anxiety-provoking. Rest assured that I dedicate plenty of time to developing a rapport with your child and establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with them as part of the therapeutic process.

My aim is to provide a safe and secure environment for my clients to explore their difficulties, to develop a greater understanding and to develop coping techniques and strategies for positive change.
